Generally you do not need to be there while we do the cleaning. Though, we do prefer that you be there upon finishing the project to do a walk around with you to answer any questions and make sure you’re completely satisfied.
Having items at least five feet away from your property certainly helps expedite the service and is helpful for safety.
Generally we can easily work through rain, provided there is not lightning. We keep an eye on the weather constantly and, if we need to reschedule, we will contact you to find out the most convenient time to do so.
We treat your home like it is our own. We do our best to take precautions to tape off or seal any areas that could potentially allow for leaks in order to prevent water from entering unwanted areas. We also use specialized ladders to protect your gutters and siding from getting damaged.
